Mr. Gerardo Payán Ramos serves as President in Amerigroup International, Founder and CEO of AmerigroupLNG, as well as the founder of AmeriGas Propane S.A. de C.V. in Mexico. With over 15 years in the energy industry, he is steering these companies toward becoming leading global providers of integrated energy solutions. His journey began as a consultant for Coca-Cola bottling companies across Latin America, where he honed his skills in electromechanical systems and quality control. Specializing in government relations and strategic partnerships between Mexico and the USA, Gerardo has become an authority in emerging energy fields—ranging from LNG and hydrogen to solar, wind, and EV conversion. His innovative approach is further demonstrated by patents for breakthrough technologies, including an emergency alert system and a 911 location-sharing app. Under his visionary leadership, these companies are continuously expanding their reach and impact on the global energy landscape.

Mr. Ken Wong, a Canadian-Chinese entrepreneur, serves as Corporate Vice President and Co-Founder of Amerigroup International, where he directs the company’s global strategy and operations. His entrepreneurial journey spans commodity trading and mining across Canada, the USA, and Mexico. Notably, in 2012, he became the first Canadian-Chinese exporter of iron ore from Mexico to China—a milestone recognized by SGS. Ken’s business interests also encompass mergers and acquisitions, capital investment, new energy, real estate, agriculture, supply chain management, and industrial park development. Since 2016, he has played a significant role in Belt and Road projects across Africa, contributing to initiatives in Gabon, Guinea, Cameroon, South Africa, and Morocco. Educated in both Computer Engineering and International Trade Business, Ken is widely respected for his leadership and strategic acumen in global business.

He has overseen transactions exceeding $10 billion and played a key role in Belt and Road projects across several African countries. A graduate in economics and management from Moscow State University, James is also an active leader in the Hebei region, China, recognized for his strategic business expertise.

Mr. Matthias Vincent Gerber is a globally experienced professional with over 10 years spanning supply chain management, business development, and the creative industries. He has held leadership roles across Europe and China, managing global procurement projects at Bystronic Group and founding cross-border ventures in trade, entertainment, and digital marketing. In parallel, Matthias initiated academic collaborations between leading institutions in Switzerland, Eastern Europe, and the UK, fostering dialogue across research, governance, and innovation. Fluent in eight languages, he builds bridges between industries, cultures, and sectors to drive sustainable growth. Matthias holds a Master's degree in Strategy & Digital Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Management.

Mr. Roberto Compeán Woodworth, CFO of Amerigroup International for the Mexico region and co-founder of AmerigroupLNG, drives the company’s financial strategy with a strong background in both private and public sectors. His leadership experience includes serving as Chief Sales Officer at Mexico's National Lottery and as CFO for Bestel and Cablevision Monterrey—key Televisa subsidiaries. Additionally, his tenure at BBVA Bank, which included advanced training in Madrid, further solidified his expertise in finance. Roberto earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from ITAM University in Mexico, underpinning his robust career in financial leadership.

Mr. Peter Pang, CFO of Amerigroup International, is a distinguished financial leader with over 30 years of industry experience. As a former partner at KPMG Vancouver and a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, he brings deep expertise in auditing, financial management, and mergers and acquisitions. Peter has been instrumental in steering major corporate mergers and guiding companies through complex financial restructuring and integration across various sectors. His strategic leadership in managing multi-billion-dollar enterprises has earned him a global reputation for enhancing profitability and delivering incisive financial insights, establishing him as one of the industry's most respected figures.

Mr. Victor Manuel Villanueva Rivera is a seasoned executive with over 40 years in the automotive industry, currently serving as Managing Director in Mexico. His impressive career includes leadership roles as Managing Director at Jetour Motors and FIAT Mexico, Sales Director at Hertz-AVASA, and CEO & Managing Director of Mitsubishi Motors Mexico. With deep expertise in strategic planning, business development, quality assurance, and distributor network optimization, he has been instrumental in launching automotive brands, boosting sales, and enhancing service operations across Mexico. A dedicated leader with a customer-focused approach, Victor has also completed numerous advanced leadership and management programs. He holds a Master’s degree in Quality Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

Ms. Vanessa Muñoz acts a key role in developing new business opportunities. She has successfully owned and operated various businesses in Mexico and the U.S., achieving top client satisfaction and awards. Previously, she was Real Estate Commercial and Leasing Manager for Liverpool. Before that, at Alsea, she facilitated new business development and strategic negotiations with major developers. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Tecnologico de Monterrey University in Mexico.

Ms. Liviere Galván has been instrumental at Amerigroup, transitioning from Sales Manager to her current role as Commercial Director. In this senior leadership position, she drives the company’s sales strategy, spearheads new business development, and expands its international client base. Prior to joining Amerigroup, she served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Dronamex for over five years. Liviere holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
